As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the client's journey towards optimal health. You will work closely with clients to assess their condition, establish personalized plans of care, and provide top-notch clinical care. Key Responsibilities:
Assess client's condition and develop individualized plans of care
Provide high-quality clinical care to clients, focusing on orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, overuse syndromes, and general back and neck conditions
Ensure clinical excellence through ongoing outcome assessments, mentorship, and continuing education
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide integrated care and follow-up
Document patient care services accurately and in accordance with our electronic medical records system
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with procedures and regulations
Communicate regularly with referring physicians to provide updates on patient progress and plan of care
Qualifications:
Valid State PT license
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Experience in orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions
Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and interdisciplinary teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
Valid State PT license
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Experience in orthopedic cases and sports-related injuries preferred
Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
