Description We are searching for a meticulous and tech-savvy Sales Assistant to join our team in North Miami, Florida. This role involves coordinating logistics, working with business systems, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be adept at handling customer inquiries and using ERP Solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics to ensure efficient operations.

• Use business systems such as Cargowise and CRM to manage customer information and orders.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions to streamline business processes.

• Maintain customer records and handle any inquiries or issues that arise.

• Use the 'About Time' system to manage and track projects.

• Perform billing functions accurately to ensure correct invoicing.

• Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

• Handle customs procedures and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role

• Bilingual Spanish

• Familiarity with the Cargowise platform

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Experience with the 'About Time' software

• Ability to carry out Billing Functions

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of customs procedures and policies

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
