Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager lead and oversee the coordination and completion of Oracle Cloud transformation and enablement projects! This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversight and Monitoring: Oversee all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project plans. Identify and raise risks/issues promptly, enforcing project governance and standards. Progress Tracking: Continuously track project progress against set objectives and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Understands the overlap between projects and the connections to keeping a program moving forward together. Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Motivate team members, coordinate activities, and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to partner with System Implementer and hold standards and drive accountability. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate project resources and manage priorities to optimize project execution. Identify project resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, and organize presentations. Gain stakeholders buy-in and address project variances. Reporting: Provide meaningful reports to all levels of the organization on project issues and resolutions, along with suggestions for improvements. Collect regular status updates from the project team. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes to justify future projects, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Ensure all objectives and responsibilities are documented and approved on the role matrix. Facilitation of Meetings: Facilitate regular core team meetings to review program issues, risks, and monitor progress. Ensure effective communication within the team. Problem Solving: Identify and remove performance bottlenecks, confront issues proactively, and develop strategic plans to address challenges. You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, IT) Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud transformation projects or similar enterprise-level ERP initiatives Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges Ability to organize and express thoughts clearly Ability to be a fast learner, execute tactical tasks, and think strategically Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio We Would Also Prefer: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification or business/IT degree Jira Atlassian experience Oracle ERP implementation experience About Taylor orporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
