Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is instrumental in our financial team, handling tasks such as account reconciliation, processing accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing bank reconciliations. The Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment and use a range of skills including data entry, Microsoft Excel, month-end close processes, payroll, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of accounts payable and receivable with a high level of accuracy

• Conduct regular account reconciliation duties to ensure correct financial records

• Manage bank reconciliations on a regular basis

• Maintain and update financial records in line with company policies

• Address customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve any issues promptly

• Perform data entry tasks as needed to maintain comprehensive financial information

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data

• Execute month-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting

• Manage payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees

• Operate QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and financial management. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Solid background in Bookkeeping

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll processes

• Experience using QuickBooks software.
