We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team! In this role, you'll perform various welding tasks, including fabricating and repairing metal structures using MIG, TIG, or ARC welders. You'll read blueprints, inspect welds for quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work is done with precision while following safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Perform various welding tasks to join metal components for fabrication or repair.

• Ensure high-precision work, adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to choose the right welding process.

• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, ARC welders, and other welding tools.

• Perform welding in different positions (flat, vertical, overhead).

• Inspect and test welded joints to meet required specs.

• Troubleshoot and adjust welding processes as needed.

• Maintain and repair welding equipment for proper operation.

• Follow safety protocols and wear necessary PPE.

• Keep work areas clean and dispose of hazardous materials.

• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and quality goals.

• Comply with company policies.

• 8-hour shift.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
