Robert Half is partnering with an established industry leader on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant based in North Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Senior Accountant, you will be tasked with managing and executing a variety of accounting activities. This role revolves around maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers; preparing and analyzing budgets; and performing other accounting related duties.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Preparing necessary journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

• Managing month-end procedures and financial report generation

• Overseeing payable accounts, vendor payments, and receivable accounts

• Handling daily cash reconciliations and financial forecast

• Supporting treasury functions and external audits and filings

• Maintaining fixed assets and depreciation

• Collaborate interdepartmentally as required

  Requirements

Requirements of the Position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

• 3+ years of corporate and/or public accounting experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and GAAP financial reporting standards.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
