Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate licensed psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, support clients in achieving their goals, and contribute to program development and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, and/or groups.- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.- Provide crisis intervention, case management, and follow-up services as necessary.- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists, case managers, and external agencies.- Participate in program development, workshops, and training sessions as needed.- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health and therapeutic techniques.Qualifications:- Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology or a Master's degree with LPC Licensure.- Active state license to practice as a Psychologist or LPC.- Proven experience in therapeutic settings, with expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse populations.- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA compliance standards.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:- Specialized certifications (e.g., trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, neuropsychology) are a plus.- Experience in community outreach or program development.- Multilingual proficiency is desirable but not required.Work Environment:- Full-time or part-time opportunities available, with flexible scheduling.- Hybrid options for in-person and telehealth services may be available.Compensation:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with benefits including professional development allowances, and paid time off.Ideal Candidate:A dedicated and empathetic professional committed to empowering clients and enhancing mental health outcomes while contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
