About this role.
As a Physician in our Senior Primary Care clinic, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role, you will see approximately 20 patients per day.
You will practice at West Craig Senior Primary Care Clinic in North Las Vegas
Your hours will be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts during clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm
No call required
Requirements of this role:
Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license or the ability to obtain one
Nevada Pharmacy Board license or the ability to obtain one
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
ACGME accredited residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
ABMS board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Minimum Requirements
Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree; or equivalent if education is completed outside the United States
Completion of graduate medical education training program in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practice. Graduate education must be obtained through an ACGME or AOA accredited institution
ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practice
Active Medical Licensure, or in process of obtaining licensure, is required in the state in which physician will practice
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers • DEA Registration schedules II-V

$7.25 - $999.99
