Maintenance Technician

The job is for someone who fixes things like pipes and lights in buildings. They also tell their boss if something needs more fixing than they can do and keep track of their work on a phone app.

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks on a property, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. They will also report any extensive repair needs to senior staff and complete work orders using a property management software app.

**Don’t need degree; Looking for someone long term with good attitude

**PTO accrued- 10 days’ vacation; 2 weeks first 4 years; after is 15 days

**10% Property discount if you want to live at any of their properties

**The wage would range by experience level and would be between $18-24 hourly.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

· plumbing , electrical , and carpentry skills.

· Ability to use property management software .

· Comfortable working in a multi-tasking environment.

· Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Preferred:

· Spanish speaking ability.

· property management software: Software used for managing rental properties including tracking rent payments, maintenance requests.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
