Counter Person We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers at our counter, prepare food, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Greet customers and assist with their orders - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Experience - Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail setting is preferred but not required. - Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register - Strong math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
