JOB REQUIREMENTS: Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks. Responsibilities: -Adhere to AbbVie\'s code of conduct -Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met -Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis -Capable of training others on tasks -Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans -Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows) -Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks -Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization -Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site -Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations -Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization -Some RCM or RCA experience -Create trending data and presnet technial reports summarizing findings and reccomneded soultions ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs.
