responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of complex sample preparation and analytical procedures to quantitatively measure biopharmaceutical compounds for release and stability testing in a GxP environment.

  • Provide process development support with fast turnaround to enable clinical material manufacturing. May require occasional off-hours support.

  • Work with multiple functional groups to meet business needs.

  • Remain flexible and adapt to variety on the job (e.g., effectively handle unexpected situations and changing priorities).

  • Set up and maintain analytical instrumentation.

  • Train on routine operation, maintenance, and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs and regulatory procedures and guidelines.

  • Problem solving, either independently or with assistance pertaining to troubleshooting and/or instrumentation problems.

  • Communicate and present analytical results to analytical leads/lab managers.

  • Perform work assignments accurately, and in a timely and safe manner.

  • Document experimental data appropriately in laboratory documentation system and technical memos.

  • Review, interpret, and analyze data for quality and compliance to protocols, methods, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1+ years).

  • Strong communicator, team player, & eager to learn

skills: HPLC, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
