Description We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. In this role, you will be required to accurately input data from various sources into our database, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and precision. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from PDF documents into the database, ensuring high levels of detail and accuracy

• Guarantee the confidentiality and security of all data handled

• Conduct scanning and printing tasks as requested

• Maintain a steady work rate, managing multiple forms per day

• Work autonomously without the use of personal devices during work hours

• Utilize key skills such as customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and Microsoft Excel and Word to perform calculations, organize files, and manage typing tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service

• Proven experience in Data Entry

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in organizing files and documents

• Ability to perform calculations accurately

• Experience in scanning documents

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Word

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data errors

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
