Position: MIG Welder

Location: North Charleston, SC

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Overtime Available)

Pay: $24 - $28 per hour + $1 raise after 4 months (upon permanent hire)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders with 3-5 years of welding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both MIG and Flux Core welding, and be proficient in reading blueprints. You will be responsible for setting up your own welding machines and welding on stainless steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on stainless steel.

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

• Set up and operate welding machines.

• Ensure high-quality welds on stealth concealment structures for 5G cell phone towers.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of welding experience.

• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience welding on stainless steel.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
