Job Title: Assembly Supervisor

Job Summary

The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various types of complex electro-mechanical processes on the shop floor. Ideally seeking individuals to have strong electro-mechanical assembly experience along with the ability to read complex blueprints.

Description

  • Supervise, manage, and lead production employees within assembly department

  • Production Planning and forecasting

  • Reducing downtime and process improvements

  • Communicate effectively with HR and Management team before, during, and after shift completion

  • Assist in overseeing/assigning production duties

  • Assist with implementing lean and 5s procedures within the welding department

  • Maintain safety protocols

  • Department organization (you will be able to really run your department the way you see fit

  • Maintain documents for internal and external use

  • Assist with training of new hires

  • Preforming quality inspections as needed
