Description We are expanding our team in North Charleston, South Carolina, with the addition of an Accounts Payable Clerk. The role is pivotal within our organization, requiring the successful candidate to manage and process customer credit applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries. This role is also responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintaining precise records of customer credit.

• Swift resolution of customer inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

• Processing invoices and ensuring they are correctly coded.

• Conducting regular check runs to maintain the financial health of the organization.

• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.

• Keeping up-to-date with account reconciliation procedures.

• Performing data entry tasks as required.

• Ensuring the smooth processing of invoices. Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to conduct Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Proficiency in SAP software
