Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, utilizing various accounting software systems, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. As part of a dynamic team, you will also be responsible for conducting audits and overseeing billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of comprehensive accounting functions.

• Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient financial management.

• Manage the processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing.

• Implement and maintain BlackLine system for efficient financial close management.

• Use Concur for streamlined expense management.

• Apply ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated business process management.

• Ensure all financial operations align with the current financial legislation and policies. Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with BlackLine software

• Proficient with Concur software

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software

• Ability to carry out Accounting Functions accurately

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures

• Experience in Auditing

• Proficient in Billing Functions
