As the Human Resource Manager for the JBT locations in Apex, NC you will report to the Director of HR. The facility supports the design and manufacture of the JBT - Tipper Tie product line - packaging equipment used for food processing. On a given day, you may: Partner with site leadership, providing HR guidance on all employment matters. Build programs that improve moral, increase productivity, and retention. Advise leaders on progressive discipline Execute HR procedures. Manage the hiring process Parter with site leaders to manage headcount to business goals Conduct exit interviews and report on workforce metrics Implement pay actions, promotions, bonus and merit plans. Ensure human resources systems are accurate and up to date Manage the performance review process. Conduct investigations Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal, state and local laws and regulations, maintaining records, and representing JBT at hearings. Identify training needs Assist managers with developing internal talent. Support diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Work with division HR Managers on projects. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in HR or related field HR certification Minimum 7 years' experience in progressively responsible HR roles 3 years in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with human resource information systems (HRIS) and recruitment platforms Travel & Location This role is onsite 20% travel required to company meetings within the division #LI-Onsite Why work at JBT ...
