Job Summary Job Description The Sales Support Representative will collaborate directly with the Sales Operations & Support team and assist with managing the service-related needs of customers. This position will work to address and correct product pricing issues Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and execute a strategy to address and correct price issues Answer customer and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist sales in relations and support to specified customers Understand product assortment, technical qualities of product, and pricing Provide superior Sales Operations & Support utilizing a highly professional and courteous manner Foster and maintain strong relationships with Sales Work closely with internal departments: systems, warehouse, compliance, supply chain and receivables to fulfill customer requirements within scope of company abilities Assist with customer orders Skills and Abilities: High School Diploma 0-2 years of experience Additional Job Details Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action at Nidec No Soliciting Nidec will not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third party recruiting agencies in response to Nidec job postings.
