Job Description Responsibilities & Duties Travel to sites within the region to support deployment of 3Q6S Responsible for 6S deployment at home office in St Louis Support focus sites to 6S to defined 3Q6S A level including management system Facilitate and support plant performance using the 3Q6S assessment. Support sites in the creation of deployment roadmap. Deployment NEX-5 as a strategy to drive 3Q6S and promote coordination and reporting in America's plants Personally achieve and maintain the level of Lean Tool Expert for the following Lean Tools- Standard Work, 6S, VSM within two years Achieve and maintain the level of Lean Tool Leader in the following lean tools- SUR, LMF, Structured Problem Solving. Train, mentor and certify site level, Lean Tool Leaders (LTL) and Lean Tool Experts (LTE) using NEX-5 Lean Tool Certification process and Level 3 Kaizens and 90 days deliverable chart. Cadenced collection and presented review of plant CI KPI's and accountable for strategic implementation of regional CI activities. Set up and monitor usage of data warehouse on CI and KPI's and run cycles of improvement as available. Support or lead globally leverage projects as accepted Prepare, lead, facilitate and train the trainer on Standard Work, Strategy Pull, 6S, VSM, SU Reduction, Level 3 Kaizen events and workshops. Ensure process standard is maintained and all OPEX related KSI and KSO's are executed. (KSI = Key Strategic Initiative, KSO = Key Strategic Objective.) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Bachelor's degree in related discipline Strong sense of community both OPEX and where we serve Strong mentoring skills Operations supervision experience preferred Familiar to strong understanding of the lean tools used to see waste Demonstrated results using Lean tools and techniques.
