ABC Trans Corp Transportation Dispatcher in North Brunswick, New Jersey
We are actively searching for a Full Time Operations Dispatcher with experience working in a fast-paced environment.Applicants would provide administrative support to the respective department duties which include but are not limited to:Manage employee scheduling and route distributionMonitoring the timely dispatching of vehicles to ensure timely route completionManage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional imageResponsible for coordination and scheduling of meetings, announcements, and events as needed for drivers and office employeesPrepares meeting materials (e.g. agendas, PowerPoint presentations, audiovisual equipment, etc.)Answering inquiries from clients, local government, and employeesIn office at 6 AM for morning responsibilitiesMUST BE PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE, GOOGLE DRIVE, AND G-SUITE.Qualities we are looking for:Experience in logistics/transportation coordinationExperience in the educational services industry, a huge plusStrong problem solving and execution skillsDetailed oriented with a keen eye for accuracyComfortable entering and retrieving data from multiple systems in a fast-paced environmentGood time management skills and ability to prioritize and shift focus as neededStrong follow-through skills, especially following up with multiple teams to get the information needed to resolve any inquiries or issues that come upStrong written and verbal communication skillsTech savvy, comfortable working with and learning new tech applicationsCarries a CDL or CDL permit or is willing to acquire a Commercial Driver’s License with training providedBilingual (English/Spanish preferred)Benefits:Paid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistance
