Inspection of molds Diss assembly and assembly of tools (molds) in a safe and effective manner Cleaning of mold components Measurements of critical dimension to .001 Exhibit excellent safety awareness and follow all safety policies and procedures Team player capable of effectively communicating technical terms Exhibit excellent attendance and work ethics Must be able to work with power and hand tools Cleanup of work area Follow production and scrap efficiency guidelines Ensure tools are stored in an organized and safe manner Job setup and startup of Thermoforming machines, ensure product quality of production run, signs off on production run after quality department check and clearance of run Keep an active log into our digitalized job tracking system Ensure that all jobs are running to the estimated run rate and index length Continuously evaluate the machines process to ensure they are setup and running correctly for optimum performance and damage control Work on continuous improvements to setup techniques and processes that could reduce time and cost To be knowledgeable about companies policies and procedures to ensure compliance as appropriate.
