Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry located in North Augusta, South Carolina. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing a variety of accounting functions including customer credit processing, record keeping, and account monitoring. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently

• Monitor customer accounts and undertake necessary actions

• Conduct technical accounting research and provide insights

• Compile and manage consolidation schedules

• Instill and uphold basic accounting disciplines such as account reconciliation, close, and reporting analytics

• Utilize SAP for entry-level system applications

• Leverage strong Microsoft Excel skills for various accounting tasks

• Engage in occasional communication with international team members

• Oversee Accounting, AP, and AR teams

• Manage CapEx related tasks and reporting

• Assist in transitioning customer base towards a more experienced profile. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Solid knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Extensive experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Expertise in Corporate Accounting

• Understanding of Intercompany Accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Capital Expenditure (CapEx)

• Knowledge of SAP software.
