Job Description:

• Initiates proper procedures in coating materials to various surfaces by spraying with a spray gun.

• Must have experience with the proper surface preparation methods and coating techniques.

• Takes measures to ensure item is properly coated and meets surface protection requirements.

• Read and understand detailed blueprints and operation instructions.

• Exceptional organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.

• Apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction (process standards).

• Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment.

• Highly developed support individual contributor. Works autonomously.

• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE.

• Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.

• Ensure that all shop instruments and materials used are within calibration.

  Qualifications:

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 5 years of prior related experience.

• Be able to read and understand work instructions in English .

  Preferred Additional Skills:

• Basic computer skills.

  In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $56,000 - $74,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
