- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards
- Minimum 8 years of experience in in all assembly from lead forming, adhesive/coating applications, tooling operations and rework and repair.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in soldering process, which include proper technique, machine maintenance and calibration routines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacture electronic assemblies
- Knowledge of microelectronic assembly processes
- Experience with wire bonding, ball bonding and wedge bonding
- Ability to work with extremely small devices using a microscope
- Experience with automatic microelectronic assembly equipment, epoxy dispenser, pick and place and automatic ball bonder.
- Ability to read and understand description of manufacture operation assembly instructions for a computer.
- Ability to work from drawings, operation sheets, assembly procedures, material specifications and processes, and verbal instructions.
- Ability, to follow written and verbal instructions, be able and willing, to work, in and promote a team environment.
- Be capable of continuity checks.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment
- Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks
- Strong communication skills/written and verbal in English Language
- Leadership qualities
