Amherst Survival Center PT Human Resources Manager in North Amherst, Massachusetts
AMHERST PT Human Resources Manager - 20 Hours per week The Amherst Survival Center is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the Center?s HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals and ensure the engagement, effectiveness, and well-being of our \15 dedicated employees. The HR Manager is responsible both for strategic HR leadership and hands-on HR tasks including benefits administration, record-keeping, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Min. 3 yrs. HR experience, 5-10+ preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and impeccable track record of integrity and confidentiality. HR degree or certification preferred but not required. Must have a strong commitment to the mission, values, and JEDI goals (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) of the organization.This is a part-time, salaried, non-exempt role.
