SUMMARY
The Clerk is a part-time position assigned to a specific site. This position involves greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, taking reservations, collecting fees and providing information for the site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greets visitors and answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner. • Responsible for fee collection and recording transactions. • Responsible for taking reservations. • Required to follow site specific check-in/check-out procedures for all site activities. • Completes light office and grounds maintenance. • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent of one (1) year customer service preferred. • Must project a pleasant and professional presence when interacting with the public. • Must have basic computer skills. • Must be able to read/write/speak English. • Must be able to work as a team and independently. • Required to complete and pass a typing skill test.

This position will require both office and outside field work. A Clerk may experience the following:
• Required to work weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled. • Occasionally may be required to assist with department events. • Casual work attire. • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
