Laborer / Irrigation Installation Crew Member

Crawford Irrigation is a full-service irrigation and drainage company. Our installation crews take pride in installing these systems while maintaining the integrity of the property, always leaving a job site looking better than before we started. We install both residential and commercial properties across Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and New Castle counties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various physical duties as assigned.
• Maintain all safety standards.
• Move, secure, install, build, load, or unload materials.
• Perform some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.
• Effectively use heavy and light equipment, depending on the job site/assignment.
• Move items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
• Move tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor.
• Dig trenches for pipe where equipment cannot reach
• Dig and install sprinkler heads
• Backfill trenches/holes as needed
• THIS POSITION IS OUTDOOR AND REQUIRES A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF PHYSICAL LABOR (digging, raking)

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week (M-F) with opportunities for overtime
• Employees typically work April-December

Requirements:

• Experience preferred but not required
• MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
