The Opportunity:

  • Lead agile transformation initiatives within CACI's strategic NMMES program, supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office's mission-critical maintenance management system

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of scaled agile frameworks across multiple development teams serving 45,000+ Navy users worldwide

  • Collaborate directly with Navy stakeholders to align development efforts with maritime maintenance modernization goals

  • Guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-availability solutions that maintain NMMES's 99.9% uptime standard

  • Contribute to the digital transformation of Navy ship and submarine maintenance operations through innovative agile practices

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Planning Interval (PI) planning, system demos, and other scaled agile ceremonies across multiple development teams

  • Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments across the agile release train to ensure seamless delivery

  • Monitor and report on program metrics, ensuring alignment with NAVSEA 03D3 DPO's strategic objectives

  • Coach teams on agile best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage relationships with key Navy stakeholders to ensure development priorities align with operational needs

  • Oversee integration of cybersecurity requirements and ISO-certified processes within the agile development lifecycle

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in agile project management or Scrum Master roles

Desired:

  • SAFe® Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent scaled agile experience

  • Experience with Department of Defense or Navy programs

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools in government environments

  • Experience with SAFe Portfolio configuration, including portfolio strategy and lean governance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
