Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. BA within the EDI/Enrollment space. This individual will be acting as a liaison between business and IT groups. They will be responsible for eliciting requirements for customers and groups, reviewing and expert understanding of EDI 834 transactions within enrollment.

Other responsibilities:

-Identifying and addressing operational, and technological risks within the business.

-Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.

-Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

-Identifying and capitalizing on process improvement opportunities.

-Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.

-Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.

-Pay Rate between 45-65/hr

Skills and Requirements

-5-7+ years of experience, needs to hit the ground running manager specifical said needs to already be senior, not want to move into a senior role

-Expert in 834/Enrollment file experience

-Understanding of eligibility

-Extensive Excel experience

-SQL and MS Access

-Hospital or healthcare experience within enrollment null
