Job Summary
The CRM Manager provides technical support for Enrollment Management with particular emphasis on the Constituent Relationship Management ( CRM ) tool for recruitment and retention within Enrollment Management. The tool will be used to communicate with prospective and enrolled students providing outreach and academic support to promote student success. The position supports the implementation and maintenance of the CRM product across the university. Technical skills support strategies through integration of portals, letters, emails, texts, telecenter, application management, checklists, and nudging via mobile tools.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field of study or a Bachelor’s degree and an equivalent combination of education and experience to a Master’s degree in related field of study.
Considerable knowledge of CRM administration and system and processes.
Considerable knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages including Visual Basic, Java script and SQL ; Some knowledge of web technologies; Excellent organizational skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints.
Considerable experience working with mass communications in multiple forms, relational database management and development, and reporting.
Several years administrative experience preferably in a higher education environment.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Professional Software.
Preferred Qualifications
Some experience with Ellucian or other Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system preferred.
Considerable experience with Salesforce.
