Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join one of our large healthcare clients working with a dynamic team of 10-13 professionals. The ideal candidate will work closely with our development teams to gather and understand business requirements, manage databases, perform data analysis using SQL, and create insightful reports to drive decision-making across the organization. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Skills and Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree

   - Required to have MS Excel

   - Understanding of Data Analysis

   - Possesses a high degree of operational knowledge as it relates to customer operations in claims, system administration, expansion business, and member enrollment

   - Experience working with business leaders to refine technology-based request to include clear definition of problem, understanding of current vs future workflow, and high-level business requirements. (Less analytics and more developing problem statements and business requirements).

   - Demonstrated experience with documenting and sharing the above key elements with technical teams to identify core IT domain impacts as well as defining an estimate.

   - Healthcare experience

• Strong SQL Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to generate reports null
