Job Title: Account Representative

Location: Norfolk NE

Pay Range: 15.00 an hour or more depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Manage incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries timely

• Build relationships & trust with customers, including complaints with resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts & file documents

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in customer support or Client Service Rep

• Familiar with CRM software & practices

• Experience with Excel

• Customer-oriented with ability to adapt & respond to different personalities
