Adecco is assisting a local client in Norfolk, MA in hiring an Accounting Clerk to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a salary range between $52,000 and $60,000 per year. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

We’re looking for someone to help with filing sales tax for multiple states (monthly and quarterly) and assist with various clerical tasks. The role involves working in an open office with shared cubicles, so you’ll need to be comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• File sales tax returns for multiple states monthly and quarterly.

• Process receipts and orders for the parts department.

• Perform general clerical tasks like data entry and filing.

• Help with various office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience filing sales tax for multiple states.

• Proficient in Excel; Sage experience is a plus.

• Comfortable working in an open office with cubicles.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
