As one of our project managers has moved to new opportunities in the organization, we are seeking a successor to join our Refrigeration & A/C Controls (RAC) SC Lead team in Danfoss Climate Solutions. In this role, you'll be a key player in our Supply Chain PMO, driving initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams.
As a Supply Chain Lead in New Product Development (NPD) projects, you'll work with procurement, product owners, R&D, and Manufacturing/Line Quality. Your focus will be on planning, mitigating risks, developing strategies, and managing the project CAPEX budget in a hybrid Agile environment.
Job Responsibilities
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the supply chain team, including GMT, logistics, and Quality Leads.
Developing and implementing the Supply Chain Strategy, including footprint layout and make/buy decisions.
Managing supply chain risks, CAPEX procurement, and supplier selection processes.
Planning, prioritizing, and overseeing supply chain activities, including CAPEX approval and reporting.
Setting and monitoring supply chain targets (Quality, Cost, Performance) while driving ramp-up/down phases with key stakeholders.
Representing supply chain interests in cross-functional meetings and coordinating with relevant teams for smooth execution.

Background & Skills
You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management, where you have developed strong operational expertise. Your proven track record in project and stakeholder management will be invaluable as you lead and coordinate tasks related to problem-solving, implementation, clarification, and training.Furthermore, the ideal candidate needs:
Excellent verbal and written communication for clear and effective collaboration.
Proficiency in stakeholder management and engagement across diverse teams.
Solid interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster teamwork.
Technical expertise—experience as an MT or in a similar role is advantageous.
