We seek our next Commercial and Industrial HVAC Service Technician who will be a direct customer contact representative and be responsible for providing HVAC services to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers including identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment on-site.
What You Will Do:
Diagnose and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
Safely perform preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment, including split systems, rooftop units, package systems, water source heat pumps, etc.
Collaborate with Journeymen and Apprentice technicians, project managers, and dispatchers.
Maintain provided service equipment and service vehicle.
Always exhibit professional behavior.
Possess the desire for continuous learning.
Drive to job sites throughout the day.
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Completed an Apprentice School or a 5-year combination of Journeyman-level experience
Steady work history with 5+ years in the HVAC business
Universal EPA License
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in a drug-free workplace
A current driver’s license and an impeccable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Local Union 72 membership or willingness and ability to join Local Union 72
Working proficiency with computers (i.e. Smartphone, iPad, laptop)
Star Certification (preferred)
OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
