PruittHealth Corporate Human Resource Manager in NORCROSS, Georgia

JOB PURPOSE:

The role of the Corporate Human Resouce Manager is to function as subject matter expert on human resources, employee relations and labor management issues on a corporate level. This role provides ongoing support and guidance to corporate staff and assigned offices and focuses on metrics such as turnover, retention, partner net promoter score and labor utilization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Partner with business leaders to drive operating results and process improvement initiatives

  2. Provide expert guidance and coaching to local managers on all HR matters.

  3. Manage partner relations and good corporate citizenship actions.

  4. Manage HR administration tasks.

  5. Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office Partner Services Coordinator

  6. Investigate HR grievances and complaints.

  7. Respond to EEOC charges, wage and hour complaints, etc. as received.

  8. Support affirmative action and provide support to centers with OFCCP audits.

  9. Assist centers with CMS audits related to payroll-based journal entries.

  10. Provide service to support the company’s business objectives and HR strategies including

support for acquisition of healthcare centers.

  1. Assist, if needed, in surveys such as Licensure, JCAHO and any subsequent reports.

  2. Deliver various training as needed or requested.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business or a related field; or a substantial related experience in human resources management.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

5 years progressive HR experience

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

N/A

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

Master’s degree in human resources management, business or equivalent with concentration in

human resources management.
