Project/Program Manager - highly motivated reporting specialist focused on business operations reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. The role involves managing and analyzing business operations data, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring that operational processes and reports align with business goals. This role requires a solid executor with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support various departments and drive organizational success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
Gather data from diverse sources (databases, spreadsheets, internal systems, etc.)
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in data sets through descriptive and advanced statistics
Identify and research anomalies and outliers in data. Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
Clean, validate, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
Organize and store data in a structured and accessible manner
Operational Reporting:
Use data-centric software and applications to analyze and report on financial and operational metrics
Prepare ad hoc operations reports as needed, providing critical insights and supporting decision-making
Proficient in Excel, Power Query, Pivots, Xlookups
Power BI and Power Automation - a plus
Evaluate current business operations processes and recommend alternative strategies for more efficient and effective operational excellence
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on operational performance and initiatives
Assist in the development of operational reports to provide insights on workforce management, financial status and progress
Process Improvement and Documentation:
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency
Explore new ways to visualize data and enhance the effectiveness of reports
Develop, organize, and maintain documentation for reporting processes to ensure consistency and clarity
Create training materials on reporting tools
Support cross functional areas on reporting tools

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, or related field
Solid knowledge of data-centric software and applications such as Excel, with proven experience analyzing large datasets
Proven excellent project management and organizational abilities
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualification:
