Aeris is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at our Noida, India office.  You will manage your own requisition load and execute full life-cycle recruiting activities for various functions across the business.  This includes engineering functions that vary in discipline from Software Development and Cloud Operations to Network Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process

  • Ensure consistent progress updates and market trends are provided to hiring managers through weekly meetings and written updates

  • Manage own requisition load and full life-cycle recruiting process, with a large focus on passive candidate sourcing

  • Assess talent against technical competencies and work on software, quality assurance, embedded, and network engineering positions as well as other specialized roles

  • Collaborate with internal staff to create recruitment and sourcing strategies, including enhancing job descriptions in order to make them more "market friendly"

  • Build out a pipelining database for key positions

  • Identify new sources for diversity and specialized candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites

  • Champion the Aeris employer brand leading recruitment efforts at industry and university career fairs, building relationships with university students and staff while keeping diversity top of mind

  • Manages job postings via our applicant tracking system and other third party job boards

  • Assists in creating and coordinating various recruiting campaigns with internal marketing department

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in both corporate and agency environments focused on technology functions

  • Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment practices and techniques

  • Ability to identify passive job candidates by leveraging technology and professional networks

  • Strong knowledge of souring on LinkedIn Recruiter, various job-boards, databases and Boolean search techniques a must

  • Ability to converse with candidates about programming languages, web technologies and software development processes

  • Strong technology business acumen required

  • Preferred Requirements:

  • Must be a self-starter, relentlessly resourceful, and capable of multitasking

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor; ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong influencing and verbal as well as written communication skills required

Excellent consultation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as iCims, Greenhouse, or Lever
