Job Summary:

Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is seeking an experienced Sr Business Systems Analyst (BSA) responsible for identifying and partnering with internal business units to provide technology solutions for their needs. Qualified candidates possess broad experience working with data migration, system integration, and vendor software deployment projects, conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting requirements for systems projects. This position also requires supporting of the IT Core Financial applications at UKG. This position demands strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with current and emerging technologies, and managing team dynamics. Excellent technical and analytical skills, communication skills, team orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem solving, conflict management, and self-motivation are required for success. Limited travel upon request.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initial project requests from high level project understanding to project creation and requirements gathering for the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform including Version Upgrades and Support Tickets

• Manage Business Intelligence tools like PowerApps, Tableau, Power BI to analyze data and presenting actionable Information

• Facilitate requirements elaboration of user stories or business requirements documents with team members, including process and data-modeling activities.

• Analyze and Maintain System configurations

• Create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design, including visual model development for data migration and system integration initiatives.

• Ability to triage support tickets to resolve system related bugs and engage vendor when root cause is due to vendor issue with the product.

• Provide demonstrations and training material to stakeholders.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Manage DevOps board, ServiceNow Support Tickets, and be active contributor to daily stand ups.

• Work with stakeholders to understand, prioritize and estimate development resources required for new features.

• Execute responsibilities with an understanding of the product vision, strategic objectives, and priorities.

• Good knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

• At least 5+ years of experience as a BA, writing requirements in an IT department or with a software company

• Atleast 2+ years of ERP implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations solution

• End to End experience with Vendor Products, System Integration, and Data Migration projects.

• Good knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication

• Experience with a large-scale enterprise-wide vendor solution deployment for ERP (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics; SAP, Oracle).

• Finance project experience across areas such as, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition

• Experience with providing IT support to end users for large scale enterprise-wide vendor solutions for ERP.

• Experience working with Accounting and Finance projects.

• Experience using delivery methodologies(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) best practices to handle/manage work

• Certifications preferred
