Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations: Oversee server hardware, software, and operating systems

• Technical support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and staff

• System performance: Analyze IT systems and identify problems or issues that need to be addressed

• Process optimization: Develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging IT systems

• Disaster recovery: Assist with disaster recovery and data loss prevention plans

• Documentation: Document IT processes, operations, and configuration details

• Vendor coordination: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new systems technologies

• Security: Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware

• Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure systems are being operated securely and data is kept confidential

• Reporting: Prepare reports on system performance and present findings to management

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as an IT Operations Analyst or similar role

• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems

• Knowledge of IT service tickets, incident problem change, technology process, creating processes

• Understanding of technology and need to interact with folks for managing technology. It’s more of operational role

• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills
