Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to understand the feature requirements from the product and be able to propose Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility. Break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product team

• The Delivered work should be of Quality with low defect rate

• Understand the overall feature outside the owned story to have proper context and raise flags for any gaps/conflicts etc.

• Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have

• Be able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines

• Analyzes and investigates

• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Around 6+ years of overall hand-on experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial application software

• Very solid hands-on experience to Java or SpringBoot, Rest APIs, Handling the threads and long running tasks in Spring

• Experience with any Cloud Platform e.g. Azure and things to consider while writing code considering Auto Scaling, multiple instances, LB etc.

• Experience conducting design and code reviews

• Experience in providing technical guidance and inculcating engineering best practices within development teams

• Experience with Event Streaming Platforms like Kafka

• Good understanding of Postgres and query optimization techniques

• Good understanding of SpringBoot Security and usage to restrict and APIs based on JWTs

• Fundamental knowledge of algorithms and data structures

• Exposure with any Cloud Platform e.g. Azure and things to consider while writing code considering Auto Scaling, multiple instances, LB etc.

• Understanding of GraphQL APl’s e.g. Hasura etc.

• Understanding of BPM/Rule engines like Camunda

• Proevn ability to independently troubleshoot problems and zero in on the likely root causes

• Proven good at HLD and LLD, Integration Patterns, Clean Code, Enterprise Integration Patterns and when or why use them

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with any FE Framework. Angular
