Job Description

DevOps engineer with SaaS operations

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker Jenkins, GitLab and container-based deployments.

• Very Good knowledge on CICD pipeline.

• Good knowledge/experience of DevOps tools and automation.

• Good knowledge of Ansible, shell scripting and Apex

• Good Administration knowledge of IDCS/IAM (Oracle Identity Cloud Service) or any Identity Management tool

• Very Good knowledge monitoring tools - Grafana, Sauron, Prometheus

• Good knowledge on Oracle Database concepts and proficient in writing complex SQL queries

• Good knowledge of configuration, installation, and support of ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Product)

• Good knowledge of OAS reporting application.

• WebLogic Administration: Expert knowledge of configuration, installation, deployments, and performance tuning. Should be able to troubleshoot independently any issues in WebLogic installation, configuration, and production instance. Should have excellent knowledge of security patches.

• Very Good knowledge in Linux operation and Linux Scripting

• Good Networking knowledge and experience in using Load Balance tools.

• Good knowledge on Shell Scripting, Chef scripts and any DevOps tools.

• Should be ready for 24x7 shift rotation and weekend support

• Should be able to scale up to manage support of cloud services for a product end to end from customer onboarding to production support.

• Should hold experience in supporting Production environments.
