Primary Responsibilities:

• Driving the Devops team in India

• This team is involved in

• Resolving the customer incidents and ensure the job runs as expected to meet the customer SLA

• Work on addressing the identified defects and do minor enhancements

• Instrumental in ensuring the full member runs (FMR) are completed on time and the gap results are accurately reported

• Support cloud migration and at the same time the On-Prem application will also run in parallel for some time. Hence this role is going to play a critical role in owning all the above responsibilities, providing directions on a day to day basis to team members and working closely with them to troubleshoot and fix the issues

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of total experience

• 2+ years of experience in leading team and US Stakeholder Management

• 2+ years of expertise in snowflake skills

• 2+ years of expertise in Azure cloud

• Expertise with Data integration tools (Data stage or others)

• Experience with Data Bricks, any programming language

• Experience with Reporting skills such as Power BI

• Experience with Grafana, Airflow
