• Executes matters under the supervision of mid-level Client Manager.

• Handles basic entry level tasks for client services, drafts communications for a senior team member to review prior to circulation.

• Sets up project kick off meetings.

• Conducts platform training for new users.

• Prepares data for release to a client: document foldering, batch assignments, key word application, etc.

• Conducts platform training for MR providers and outside counsel.

• Receives client requests and appropriately assigns to internal groups, or handles the project execution as appropriate.

• Formats search terms which require modification before submitted to the search team for modification.

• Creates internal project tracking lists for circulation to the CS team.

• Gathers project status updates from various operations and Noida CS teams for communication to the client, counsel and/or managed review providers.
