Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of technical architects working on a large suite of healthcare applications, driving projects in the following areas:

• Application infrastructure engineering and modernization, including migration to public cloud

• Create and maintain reusable assets and application frameworks

• Application scalability enhancements

• Application security enhancements

• Application modernization including modularization

• CI/CD and Devops tooling design and govern microservice standards

• Work across the enterprise to align our organization with enterprise technology standards

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 10 years of software engineering experience

• 5 years experience with Java and Spring Framework

• 5 years experience in a technical leadership or architecture role

• Experience with microservice architectures or large application platforms

• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical topics

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in healthcare domain

• Experience with high volume transaction sites

• Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud
