  • S&P Global Corporate* The Role: Security Awareness Lead (Lead I, Information Security) The Team: This role will join the Global Security Awareness and Training Team as 2nd line of defense, will be responsible for managing organisational cybersecurity education and awareness with a team of dedicated individuals, adding value for human risk prevention and response. Cyber Defense team is responsible for protecting SPGI assets and develop a security focused culture. The Impact: This role will focus on S&P global cyber and technology control environment, driving end-to-end cybersecurity awareness across all-employee user base, instituting proactive cyber hygiene practices, hence reducing human risk at S&P. This role will drive education efforts that will expand cyber maturity to reduce threats across the organization and help protect S&P brand reputation and image. Experience in Compliance and Regulatory Engagement in the cyber/tech related sector is also critical to this role.   • Lead and Manage the Security Awareness and Training function.

  • Develop and facilitate regular cyber security related training to S&P Global colleagues to increase colleague awareness on social engineering attempt and spear phishing tactics

  • Assist security awareness training program for all S&P Global employees that meets industry regulations, standards, compliance requirements

  • Work closely with the training support person in Corporate Compliance. Coordinate with corporate compliance team through the LMS and produce reports of training compliance

  • Develop and facilitate Security Champions Program for S&P Global colleagues

  • Drive collaboration, engagement and working partnerships between employees, security champions and the Security & Technology teams

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in either Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management

  • Minimum 7-10 years of solid working experience in general technology risk management and information security, covering at least the following aspects.

  • Experienced in learning and development, cybersecurity projects, system integration and process improvement projects and programs for large organizations.

  • Skilled in executing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application audits.

  • Strong stakeholder management with an ability to lead.

  • Familiar with cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO-27001 etc.

  • Information Security and technology risk management related certification (e.g., ISC2 CISSP, ISACA CISA, SANS/GIAC, ISACA CRISC,) is desirable but not a must.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are necessary.

  • Fluency (written, spoken, and read) in English.
