Job Requirements
Day-to-day maintenance and backup.
SLA Maintenance/ Management, monthly Uptime reports, bandwidth utilization reports & interface utilization/reporting of all the devices.
Trouble shooting and debugging of Network and Application access issues.
Incident management.
Submission of periodical reports on the performance of the equipment’s and its review.
SLA maintenance/management, daily, weekly, and quarterly interface utilization report, hardware report etc.
Education- B.Tech/B.E (Mandatory)
