Job Overview:

As a Workday Functional Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. This offers an exceptional opportunity to develop technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and functional knowledge of Workday applications.


Key Responsibilities

• Support in HR analytics projects.

• Collaborate on HR compliance, and data management.

• Contribute to performance management and learning initiatives focused on digital skills.

• Work on HRMS processes and provide support in maintaining related systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA HR Graduates in 2024 or 2025 pursuing the final semester of MBA in HR, with no backlogs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered)

  • Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs

  • At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no standing arrears or backlogs

  • Students applied for re-evaluation and waiting for the results would be considered with the initial results score declared

  • Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Access for data insights.

  • Foundational knowledge of HRMS processes and best practices is an advantage.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven HR practices.
