As a dispatcher youll be responsible for coordinating tasks in a timely and efficient manner, often working in high-pressure environments. Dispatcher will be answering calls, dispatching vehicles, and managing schedules. This position will ensure that all resources are properly maintained and accounted for.
\ The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and a team player who has excellent organizational/time management skills. They will use a hands-on approach and collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers needs are being met.
Responsibilities & Duties:\ - Dispatch daily orders\ - Shipping/Receiving administration\ - Customer service\ - Follow up on cutoff times and inform teams of any delay.\ - Print bills of lading and supporting paperwork\ - Verify quantity and items on bills of lading to pick tickets, noting discrepancies\ - Create reports\ - Understand the needs of the customers
